Description

The County of Vermilion River is seeking submissions from qualified vendors to supply, configure, set-up, implement, train, and support an Electronic Documentation Management System. The successful proponent will lead a phased implementation of the system. These phases should include, but are not limited to, assessment of existing systems and processes, implementation of solution, training of staff and transition to ongoing support.

The solution should have flexibility for future organizational change and consideration of multiple types of content. The solution will encompass the software component for on-premises design, implementation services and training on the system. The County is not considering a cloud deployment of the Solution at this.
